Day 3: Prague Your introduction to this fairy tale city begins with a panoramic tour as you drive through the city to the amazing Hradcany Castle. Walk the famous Golden Lane with its delightful miniature houses, including one that was the residence of Franz Kafka. View St. Vitus Cathedral as well as the lovely statue-lined Charles Bridge. The afternoon is at leisure to independently explore the city, shop for famous Bohemian crystal, or visit one of the city’s many outstanding museums, such as the Lapidarium, home of stone sculptures dating from the 11th century to the present.
Day 4: Prague Today you visit Prague’s Old Jewish Quarter. See its historic Jewish Museum and Europe's oldest surviving Jewish cemetery, founded in 1478. Continue to explore this fascinating area with a leisurely walking tour through the old town. Don’t miss the famous Orloj, which functions as a clock, calendar, primitive planetarium and showcases a parade of the Apostles. This evening you are invited to a wonderful dinner of culinary delights at one of Prague’s historic restaurants.
Day 5: Prague - Vienna, Austria A scenic ride through the countryside takes you from Prague into the grand city of Vienna, the former capital of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. With the remainder of your day at leisure, you may choose to sample a scrumptious strudel or Sachertorte at a traditional “kaffeehaus.” Perhaps you will visit a fascinating museum or see the Old Quarter from a horse-drawn “Fiaker,” a well-appointed horse-drawn carriage whose driver traditionally sports a bowler hat. Dinner is followed by an unforgettable classical music concert featuring many fine melodies from the great composers.
Day 6: Vienna A city tour features the baroque marvels of Schoenbrunn Palace, the summer retreat of the Habsburg dynasty for more than 200 years. Touring Vienna’s city center, see the gothic St. Stephan’s Cathedral and behold the beautiful architecture, scenic parks, and gothic spires that fill the city. Enjoy a memorable evening, with entertainment, in the picturesque wine-making village of Grinzing at the centuries-old Altes Presshaus restaurant which is known for serving "Heurige" (new wine) since 1527.
Day 7: Vienna - Danube River - Melk - Vienna Travel along the banks of the Danube to the medieval town of Durnstein where you board your boat for a scenic Danube River cruise. "Waltz" across one of the most breathtaking bodies of water in the world, immortalized by Strauss, and travel through the historic Wachau Valley. Later, visit the 11th century Melk Abbey, famous for its production and collection of manuscripts. A leisurely ride through the Vienna Woods concludes this marvelous day.
Day 8: Vienna - Budapest, Hungary Your journey continues to Budapest, the "Queen of the Danube," and truly one of the world's most beautiful cities. Buda, decidedly more rugged in terrain, sits on one side of the river, and Pest is on the gentler opposite bank.
Day 9: Budapest - Lajosmizse (Horse Show) Travel to the picturesque Hungarian Great Plain countryside, called the "Puszta," and visit a typical horse farm in this land which some say is "flat as water." Learn the unique culture and history of the Csikos, or Hungarian horsemen, whose equestrian lineage reaches back 1000 years. Watch in amazement as they put on a spectacular horse show for your pleasure. Afterwards, enjoy a traditional Hungarian feast, including goulash soup, in a typical setting against a backdrop of wonderful gypsy music.
Day 10: Budapest - Szentendre - Visegrad - Budapest An informative city tour features the Mathias Church, site of many coronations of kings. Also visit the Fishermen’s Bastion with its white walls, towers and arcades for spectacular views. Continue to historic Old Buda and Gellert Hill, followed by the Parliament. Day 2: San Francisco
This morning you will be met by a local guide for a sightseeing tour of the city. Highlights include the Twin Peaks, Seal Rocks and the Golden Gate Bridge. The remainder of the day is free to independently explore the best of what San Francisco has to offer. Ride the famed cable car, take a bay cruise, shop along the waterfront, or visit one of the cities’ famous museums - the choice is yours! Tonight, gather with your fellow travelers for a welcome dinner on Fisherman’s Wharf.
Day 3: San Francisco - Napa Valley - Santa Rosa
Only a few miles north of San Francisco, across the famed Golden Gate Bridge in an isolated canyon, is the old-growth coastal redwood forest of Muir Woods National Monument, named for famed naturalist, John Muir. Stroll through 1000-year-old giant trees towering 260 feet high and find out why the sun seldom hits the ground! Continue your travels into the verdant Napa Valley. Long known as the epicenter of California wine and cuisine, this sun drenched valley features small towns nestled in the curve of the hills and vineyards and farms dotting the landscape. Upon arrival in Napa visit COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts, where you will enjoy a private lecture on food and wine pairing and explore the cultural center and museum.
 Day 4: Santa Rosa - Napa Valley - Sonoma - Santa Rosa
All aboard!! Arrive at the Napa Valley Station for a wine symposium and tasting before you board the Napa Valley Wine Train. The Napa Valley Railroad Company was founded in 1864 by Samuel Brannan. In 1885 the Southern Pacific Railroad Company purchased the line and it continued in operation for the next 102 years until sold to the Napa Valley Wine Train, Inc. in 1987. Today, the train offers a splendidly restored 1915 Pullman train that takes you through the beautiful Napa Valley. Enjoy an exquisite lunch aboard and see for yourself why this journey has been rated as one of the “20 Best Rail Experiences in the World.” Later, travel to the town of Sonoma and enjoy some free time to explore Sonoma Plaza, a National Historic Landmark, framed with lovingly preserved adobe buildings housing unique shops and restaurants.
Day 5: Santa Rosa - Bodega Bay - Santa Rosa
Start your day with a visit to the Kendall Jackson Wine Center. Upon arrival, enjoy a tour of the winery and learn the process of winemaking from one of the staff at this world-famous wine center. Following the tour, enjoy a tasting before taking time to explore the beautifully manicured gardens. Next, travel to one of the most well-known champagne makers in the United States, Korbel. Enjoy a cellar tour to learn the process of making champagne followed by a tasting of select champagnes. Following this quintessential Sonoma experience, travel along the beautiful and rugged California coast to the quaint fishing village of Bodega Bay, made famous as the location for Alfred Hitchcock’s movie “The Birds.” Your day winds down as you return to your hotel traveling through Sonoma Valley’s picturesque landscape lined with farms and vineyards.
Day 6: Santa Rosa - Glen Ellen - Santa Rosa Spend the day exploring the flavors of Sonoma! Begin your day in the village of Glen Ellen. During your visit discover the step-by-step milling process of how olive oil is made. Following your tour, partake in a tasting and judge for yourself which one suits your palate. Next, learn about the art of chocolate truffle making during a “sweet” and informative stop. No visit to wine country would be complete without learning about wine’s most favored pairing – cheese. Visit an artisanal cheese maker to learn about the process of making cheese, followed by a tasting of his wares. Stop at the Red Barn Store at Oak Hill Farm, a quintessential old-fashioned barn and farm stand, for the chance to purchase handmade wreaths, fresh flowers and organic produce grown right on the rolling fields of the farm. Tonight will be the highlight of your trip with a special dinner at one of the regions' finest restaurants surrounded by scenic Northern California landscape and acres of lush vineyards. Day 1 - Thursday - HONOLULU Upon arrival at Honolulu International Airport you will be greeted with fresh flower lei and transferred to your hotel in Waikiki. Your Tour Director will be on hand to assist with check-in.
Day 2 - Friday - HONOLULU Enjoy a full day at leisure. Your Tour Director will have suggestions, including activities near world-famous Waikiki Beach or a full-day optional outing to the Polynesian Cultural Center on the island’s north shore, where you’ll enjoy a dinner buffet and the colorful “Horizons” stage show.
Day 3 - Saturday - HONOLULU This morning, your sightseeing excursion features the sunken USS ARIZONA and its impressive memorial to the men still entombed there, Punchbowl National Cemetery, and Honolulu Lookout. Other sights include bustling Chinatown, 'Iolani Palace, and the Kamehameha Statue. The afternoon is free for independent activities. Tonight, join the optional sunset dinner cruise along the shores of Waikiki. 
Day 4 - Sunday - HONOLULU One last day to enjoy Waikiki, the world’s most famous beach. Your Tour Director has ideas to make your day memorable.
Day 5 - Monday - HONOLULU–KAUAI Morning transfer to Honolulu Airport for the flight to the “Garden Isle” of Kauai. Then, drive along the scenic southern shore via Poipu Beach to Waimea, once the Polynesian capital of Kauai and the site where Captain Cook landed on the islands in 1778. Sightseeing highlights include WAIMEA CANYON, known as the “Grand Canyon of the Pacific,” the lush and fertile Hanapepe Valley, and a photo stop at SPOUTING HORN, a dramatic blowhole on the ocean’s edge. Later, arrive at your Oceanside hotel in Kapa’a. Tonight, attend a LUAU feast, considered one of Hawaii’s best. After dinner, sit back and watch a captivating international revue of dancers and musicians.
Day 6 - Tuesday - KAUAI This morning, enjoy a unique adventure: cruise up the Wailua River to a lava rock grotto covered with tropical fern. At the FERN GROTTO you will be serenaded by Hawaiian musicians playing traditional local songs. Kauai has a lot to offer, and your Tour Director will suggest several optional outings for the duration of your stay, including a trip to Hanalei Bay, the filming location of many Hollywood movies, such as South Pacific and The Thornbirds. Other activities include helicopter flightseeing and snorkeling on the Na Pali coastline.
Day 7 - Wednesday - KAUAI Continue your leisurely stay on Kauai. Relax at the hotel pool or take a stroll along the beach. Kapa’a offers an array of shops and boutiques. Restaurants are numerous and sure to please your palate. Your Tour Director will have other ideas for things to do and see.
Day 8 - Thursday - KAUAI–HILO–KONA Early this morning, depart for Hilo and the island of Hawaii. Then, tour HAWAII VOLCANOES NATIONAL PARK. See Kilauea Crater, rising 4,090 feet above a volcanic wonderland of steaming fire pits, lava tubes, and fern forests. Arrive in Kona on the sunny side of the “Big Island” in the late afternoon.
Day 9 - Friday - KONA A full day to explore the resort town of Kailua-Kona. Optional activities include a snorkeling cruise to a coral reef to view magnificent tropical fish or a helicopter ride along the Kohala coastline and over the famous Parker Ranch and an active volcano.
Day 10 - Saturday - KONA–MAUI This morning, fly to Maui, the “Valley Island.” On arrival, sightseeing begins with a visit to the 'IAO VALLEY, the “Yosemite of the Pacific,” to view the 'lao Needle. Then, through lush farm country and along the shoreline via Maalaea Boat Harbor to Lahaina, once a whaling center and capital of the Hawaiian monarchy. Free time to explore this colorful town. Then, head to your lovely hotel, situated across from the beach in the resort area of Kihei.
Day 11 - Sunday - MAUI A full day at leisure to enjoy Maui’s splendid beaches or to relax by the pool at the hotel. Kihei offers plenty of boutiques and restaurants. There is a variety of optional outings, including the Road to Hana, one of the world’s most spectacular scenic drives with 54 bridges and many waterfalls. You may want to take in the Maui Ocean Center, a state-of-the-art aquarium and marine park that showcases indigenous marine life. From January to mid-April, whale watching is offered.
Day 12 - Monday - MAUI - HALEAKALA NATIONAL PARK This morning is dedicated to HALEAKALA NATIONAL PARK, the volcano known to islanders as the “House of the Sun,” and its vast Haleakala Crater. The parkland is located in a setting of stunning natural beauty, ranging from a landscape of cinder cones to dense rainforest. Return to Kihei in the early afternoon with the balance of the day at leisure.
