VTC Expands Operations to Florida

Starting in 2010, Vacation Travel Club moved a majority of its personnel to the sunny keys in the State of Florida. “Located in the Keys is a big plus for Vacation Travel Club” says VTC’s CEO.  “We like the people here and were able to draw in some fantastic employees who have many years of travel experience”. Also, VTC is making great contacts and associating itself with many Condominium Properties which will enable VTC to get the hard to get Florida Keys locations!

Vacation Travel Club earns an A+ Rating from the Better Business Bureau and the Better Business Bureau Online for 2009 - 2010. Many companies strive to get just a passing grade when dealing with so many clients like VTC. However, VTC is able to achieve this A+ Rating due to its management style and how it processes and books its members. According to its CEO, they create Travel Groups and micro manages within them. Vacation Travel Club has set up the groups as follows:

·                    Air, Hotel and Car Rental

·                    Condominiums

·                    Cruise

·                    Packages and Tours

Each of these Travel Groups has a Manager assigned to it who oversees each members Travel Request.  This Pod like approach creates specific expertise within that group. This way, when a Member calls in, they will be speaking with a Representative who has hundreds, if not thousands of bookings under their belt. Thus, increased productivity and increased Membership Satisfaction.
